-Sunday Strength & Conditioning Sessions at Velocity Sports Performance

Spring 2027
-Players compete with their high school team, but we also hold 10 Saturday night skills practices at Saxon Woods Turf Field

Summer 2027
-Team practices at Westchester Community College held twice a week starting end of May/early June
-4 nationally recognized recruiting tournaments
