Velocity Sports Performance has a proven track record of preparing young athletes for the rigors of college athletics. Due to the large number of VSP athletes at the next level, R2 Lacrosse is confident in the ability of their trainers to increase the athletic ability of all our athletes. All current R2 athletes receive discounted 8 week training session through our partnership and HS athletes receive a 10 week training program as part of their annual tuition.
